Diwali 2022

Diwali, the most awaited festival of lights in India, was celebrated with much exuberance at the SBICAP Ventures’ office! An auspicious festival that we enjoy with family, friends and colleagues, a joyous Diwali sets a beautiful tone for the rest of the year.

The office floor of SBICAP Ventures Ltd was adorned with sparkling lanterns, colourful rangolis and was filled with the smiling faces of all team members, decked up for the occasion. Lighting up the day with fun games and gifts, the excitement was indeed palpable!

SVL Strategy Offsite

SBICAP Ventures Limited (SVL) Annual Strategy meet was held on 21st May 2022 in Taj Theog, Shimla. This offsite was attended by Mr. Suresh Kozhikote – MD&CEO of SVL, Mr. Ashwini Kumar Tewari – MD IBTS, Mr. Arun Mehta – MD&CEO, SBI Capital Markets and other senior dignitaries from State Bank of India. All employees of SVL along with the senior management of SVL participated in the 3 days immersive program which focused on the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values. The intent of the offsite was to think long term growth and motivate people to contribute beyond their immediate area of influence. The unique feature of this offsite was to bring together the entire SVL family under one roof and build team spirit, better collaboration and learnings from each other.
