SS Leaf is a residential development with total saleable area of 11.7L Sq ft and 670 units

Project being developed by SS Group Pvt Ltd promoted by Mr. Sukhbir Singh Jaunpuria

Project is located at Sector-85, New Gurgaon, Haryana with excellent connectivity by Dwarka Expressway.

Project was launched in 2012.

However, delayed due to various reasons such as cashflow mismatch and subsequently due to NBFC crisis.

Overall, the project was delayed by about 5 years.

SWAMIH Fund invested in the project in Sep 2020 with a target to complete the project

Of the committed investment of Rs 166.3 Cr, SWAMIH Fund has invested Rs 85.0 Cr so far. Project received full OC in Jun 2022

As on 1st Sep 2022, SS Group Pvt Ltd has re-paid Rs 100.4 Cr along with 12% XIRR.

Project completed within ~2 years of investment despite losing 3-4 months in covid lockdowns.
Monitoring to ensure no diversion of funds – all inflows are used for project completion
Contractor/vendors dues cleared. Salaries paid to the employees
62 new units sold; ~164 Cr collected
670 homebuyers finally get their dream homes
